Fit

Nothing to migrate to.

Each product meets your team where the work already is, and puts its output there too.

  • A board that grows with the work

Start with a simple board and a customer portal; the timeline, sub-issues, estimates and insights are already there when you need them. Teams in GitHub can install it from GitHub instead, and each ticket stays in step with an issue.
  • Docs land in your repo

DocBot commits documentation to a _docs/ folder in your repository, reviewed alongside the code that changed.
  • Labels land on the PR

TagBot puts size, type, risk and complexity labels on the pull request the moment it opens, with a comment showing the numbers.

Honesty

Every product says what it does and what it does not.

What it stores, what it sends where, and what it will not do. The second sentence is the trust.

  • No Woden-run AI in the Service Desk core

Ticketing, sync, SLA and reporting use no model. The only AI is the one you bring, over a scoped connector you can revoke.
  • TagBot has no AI at all

Pure arithmetic over the pull request file list. Nothing is sent to a model, and the same PR always gets the same answer.
  • DocBot shows the cost before it spends

Every comment shows tokens used and the balance left. A full rebuild posts an estimate and waits for your approval.
  • IRIS names the exact thing it is about to touch before it acts

A message it sends is read out word for word; a command or a file write names its target aloud and puts the text on screen. Only an explicit word counts, and nothing is accepted until it has finished speaking.

Woden Service Desk

Plan it, share it, run it with your AI

A board for any team, with your customers on it from day one.

  • Free to start

No credit card. Then one flat price, never per person.
  • Your customers, built in

A branded portal for tickets, feature votes and your roadmap.
  • Simple board to real planning

Start with drag and drop. Add a timeline, sub-issues and estimates.
  • AI-native, with your AI

Connect your own AI assistant or coding agent. Woden runs no AI.

Every feature on every plan. Ticket numbers and links never change. No per-agent or per-user fee, and the price does not go up as your desk gets busier.

Leave whenever you like

Your work stays yours.

Ticket numbers and links never change, and you can delete your organisation yourself. Uninstall any of our GitHub Apps and your issues, Project and docs are still yours, in GitHub; on a desk connected to GitHub you can also download your desk's data as an export from the app.

Trust

What we can say plainly

  • Hosted in Azure UK South

  • No source code stored

  • No Woden-run AI in the desk core

  • HMAC-validated webhooks

  • Delete it yourself; export it with GitHub connected

The detail, including what we are not claiming, is on the security page.

IRIS

A personal assistant for the Mac is coming

IRIS answers questions, reads your documents and notes, keeps your inbox, Teams and calendar moving, and runs several coding agents at once, by voice or typed, from the Mac or from your phone. Everything it sends is read back word for word and waits for "approve". There is no build to download yet and no price.
