Free tiers that are genuinely useful. Paid plans lift limits, not features, and nothing is charged per person. Pay us directly, or through GitHub Marketplace if you install from GitHub.

Two ways to pay

Which price list is yours?

The Service Desk has the same plans, limits and features on both. What differs is who bills you, and the currency.

GBP · billed by Paddle

Paid to us directly

Woden Service Desk when you sign up at desk.woden-ai.com (and any GitHub desk that chooses to pay us directly), and IRIS once it is sold. The same numbers as the GitHub plans, in pounds; nothing is charged per user, and your team needs no paid GitHub seats. Free tier, then paid plans from £15 a month, monthly or annually, with a 7-day trial. Paddle is the merchant of record and handles VAT.

If you work in GitHub

Before you pay

The same on both pages

  • Every feature on every plan. Paid plans lift limits. The Advanced plan's Woden-run AI and automation are the one exception, and they are not built yet.
  • No per-seat fees on anything we sell. The Service Desk is one flat price for the organisation on every plan, with no per-agent or per-user charge and no volume tier — Unlimited and Advanced put no cap on admins, agents or customers. DocBot is priced by tokens, not people. IRIS is the one exception, and it is licensed per Mac.
  • Trials. Service Desk paid plans start with a 7-day free trial on either rail. DocBot paid tiers start with a 14-day GitHub Marketplace trial, once per account.
  • Cancel whenever you like. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, then drops to the free tier. Your data is not deleted when a plan ends.
  • Refunds. 30 days from the charge to change your mind, for any reason. After that a period already running is not refunded, billing mistakes always are, and consumer rights are preserved. The refund policy has the detail.
