Pricing on GitHub Marketplace
Prices in US dollars, billed by GitHub with your existing GitHub billing. Free tiers on every product; paid plans lift limits, not features.
Signed up for a desk directly? That is billed by Paddle in GBP on its own page.
Woden Service Desk
Service Desk plans, connected to GitHub
One flat price for the whole organisation, however many people use it. Every feature is on every plan; paid plans lift the limits, they do not unlock features.
| Plan | Price | Boards | Repos | Admins | Agents | Customers |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 3 | 1 | 2 | 2 | 5 |
| Pro | $15 / month | 10 | 2 | 5 | 10 | 25 |
| Unlimited | $50 / month | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Advanced Coming soon | Not yet priced | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
- Nothing is charged per person, and the price never goes up as you add people. No per-agent, per-seat or per-user fee and no volume tier: $50 a month is $50 a month whether five people use the desk or five hundred. Unlimited and Advanced put no cap on admins, agents or customers at all. A conventional help desk is priced per agent per month, so a busy desk costs a multiple of a quiet one; this one does not.
- Every feature on every plan, including the customer portal, feature votes and roadmap, customer sign-in with email, Google or GitHub, and the bring-your-own-AI connector for your AI assistants and coding agents. The Advanced plan's Woden-run AI and automation are the one exception, and they are not built yet.
- 7-day free trial on paid plans. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. See the refund policy.
- Prices shown are USD, billed by GitHub Marketplace. A desk paid to us directly — every desk you sign up for, and any GitHub desk that chooses it — is billed by Paddle in GBP at the same numbers, monthly or annually. See direct pricing
- Advanced is coming. It adds Woden-run AI and automation when those are built, and no price is published until then. You can register interest from the plan page in the app.
DocBot
DocBot tiers
One price per account. No per-seat fees. Tokens are the only thing that changes between tiers.
| Plan | Price | Tokens | Availability |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 500,000 lifetime, plus a share of a 250,000,000 monthly pool shared by all free accounts | Live |
| Entry | $10 / month | 500,000 per month | Launching soon |
| Small | $50 / month | 3,000,000 per month | Launching soon |
| Medium | $150 / month | 10,000,000 per month, plus full rebuild | Launching soon |
| Enterprise | $500 / month | 50,000,000 per month, plus full rebuild | Launching soon |
- No per-seat fees. One price per account, however many people work in the repositories.
- 14-day Marketplace trial on paid tiers, once per account. It drops back to Free at expiry. (The Service Desk trial is 7 days; the two are separate.)
- Paid tiers are launching soon. They wait on GitHub Marketplace verification. The prices above are what they will be. Billing is managed in GitHub, not in the portal.
- Every comment shows the balance. Files processed, tokens used, percentage of allowance and cache hits, so the free tier is never a surprise. Roughly 80 to 100 files of documentation fit in the free allowance.
- Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period. See the refund policy.
TagBot
TagBot is free
Free No tiers, no limits, no metering. Install it from GitHub Marketplace and it labels the next pull request.
Before you pay
What you should know
- Two trials, two lengths. Woden Service Desk paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. DocBot paid tiers start with a 14-day GitHub Marketplace trial, once per account.
- GitHub bills you. Plans on this page are bought and cancelled in GitHub Marketplace, and appear on your GitHub invoice in USD. We cannot cancel a Marketplace plan for you.
- Cancel whenever you like. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, then drops to the free tier. Your data is not deleted when a plan ends.
- Refunds. Marketplace refunds follow GitHub's policy. The refund policy has the detail.
