- Nothing is charged per person, and the price never goes up as you add people. No per-agent, per-seat or per-user fee and no volume tier: £50 a month is £50 a month whether five people use the desk or five hundred. Unlimited and Advanced put no cap on admins, agents or customers at all. A conventional help desk is priced per agent per month, so a busy desk costs a multiple of a quiet one; this one does not.
- Every feature on every plan, including the customer portal, feature votes and roadmap, customer sign-in with email, Google or GitHub, and the bring-your-own-AI connector for your AI assistants and coding agents. The Advanced plan's Woden-run AI and automation are the one exception, and they are not built yet.
- 7-day free trial on paid plans. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. See the refund policy.
- Prices shown are GBP, billed by Paddle. A desk installed from GitHub can instead be billed by GitHub Marketplace in USD, monthly only. See GitHub Marketplace pricing
- Advanced is coming. It adds Woden-run AI and automation when those are built, and no price is published until then. You can register interest from the plan page in the app.
IRIS
IRIS is not yet priced
Coming soon IRIS, the personal assistant for the Mac, has no published price and no download yet. When it is sold, it will be one licence per Mac, billed by Paddle on this page, and it will not include any cloud AI. It runs on local models; a cloud agent, if you want one, is your own, with your own API key.
Before you pay
What you should know
- Paddle is the seller. Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record for everything on this page: they take payment, handle VAT and sales tax for your country, and their buyer terms apply alongside ours. Your local currency is shown at checkout where Paddle supports it.
- Monthly or annually. An annual plan is charged for the year ahead. You have 30 days from the charge to change your mind and get it all back; after that the year runs to its end. See the refund policy.
- What it costs overall. The plan price is the whole price: nothing is charged per user. Your team also needs no paid GitHub seats, so overall it usually costs less. Paddle shows the price for your country at checkout.
- Cancel whenever you like from the billing portal Paddle runs, linked from Settings in the app. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, then drops to the free tier. Your data is not deleted when a plan ends.
